Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone. If you enable iCloud sync, a copy is also stored in your private iCloud container, encrypted and tied to your Apple ID. We have no servers and no access to your data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone > tap your name at the top > Subscriptions > Ember > Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
How do I export my data?
Open Ember, go to Settings > Export, and choose "Doctor PDF" or "Full Data Export (JSON)". The file can be saved, AirDropped, or sent by email.
How do I delete all my data?
Delete the Ember app from your iPhone. If you enabled iCloud sync, also remove Ember from iOS Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > Ember > Delete Data.
Is Ember a medical device?
No. Ember is a wellness and journaling tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical questions.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone running iOS 26 or later. Apple Watch Series 8 or later is recommended (but not required) for wrist temperature data.
